As it relates to strategic planning, critically analyze two school district’s mission statements and vision statements and discuss how the districts seemingly work to achieve their mission and vision. Discuss (with your principal) how one can lead, motivate staff, students and the community to achieve the districts and school’s vision. And, assess whether or not the school district and/or school is effectively interacting with the community concerning the vision, mission, and priorities.
