The paper should analyze a social problem. Do most people agree that it is a social problem? Are there differences of opinion on how to address it? Describe why people seem to disagree.5)Based on theevidence, offer your preferredsolutions to this social problemand justify your approach.6)Provide a summary and conclusion There is no minimum or maximum length for the paper. However, about 8-10pages (typed, double-spaced) is reasonable.For the evidence portion of your paper (especially items 3 and 5 above)sure to focus your literature review on research and writing in books by social scientists, scholarly journals,andgovernmental research reports.
