Results: Present the results in tables and figures. You can have a table with the significant peptides. It should contain gene name, Uniprot accession (just one), peptide sequence, H/L ratio, p-value. If you find out the peptide contains known phosphorylation site you can indicate this in an additional column. Include pathway maps of the pathways you identified as enriched.
4. Discussion: itshould address and discuss questions such as:
1.What pathways are activated?What evidence do you have to support this?
2.Which proteins from your list map on those pathways?
3.Are these proteins phosphorylated on motifs and residues known to undergo phosphorylations in response to signalling pathways activation?
4.What is known about the effect of such phosphorylation on the function (maybe structure too) of the affected protein
