The assignment it’s fine but needs to be more detailed.

3.1 Add a little more detail on policies used by the company and general social care council codes of practice.
Use the full and correct title Health and Social Care act 2008 (regulated activities) regulations 2014.
4.1 Add more detail to this question as it is an evaluate question.
You need to include:
Factors that enable inclusive practice(in relation to the health and social care sector), factors that are detrimental to inclusive practice- please ensure you are covering how all of these factors can be detrimental to inclusive practice with a good amount of detail, as I can see you have included some but not others – (discrimination, time constraints, poor management, staff changes, staff shortages, lack of money, lack of training and lack of resources etc – and ensure they relate to the inclusive care given to service users in Health and Social Care settings, evaluate person centred care.
You need to include strengths and weaknesses in meeting individuals need through inclusive practice in more detail.
Evaluate – Examine strengths and weaknesses, arguments for and against and/or similarities and differences. Judge the evidence from the different perspectives and make a reasoned or valid conclusion. Reference to current research or theory may support the evaluation.
Add references for the changes made to your assignment, I am also unsure why it says revision, name, institution and date at the top of your assignment as this information is not required, so therefore can be removed.
