(a) Go again to the Navigate tool, and this time enter into the “name” box “3C 236” – and again look at the interactive spectrum in the Explore tool. Zoom in again to examine the five emission lines as you did for NGC 3862 above – but notice this time that the lines are redshifted even more, and you’ll have to zoom in between about 7000 and 7500 Angstroms. As in Step 1(e) above, measure the observed wavelengths of the five lines, and compute the redshift of this active galaxy, showing your calculations.
