The arguments presented in your portfolio must be sound, valid, and based upon evidence from appropriate sources. Information and evidence must be integrated properly, cited accurately, and used with integrity. Each item must be appropriately aligned to the subject, occasion, audience, purpose, and speaker.
The entire portfolio must be submitted as a single file. Your assignment may lose its formatting when it is converted in the Waypoint grading system. To preserve formatting, please submit your assignment as a PDF file.
Personal Biographical Statement
You will include a one- to two-page, double-spaced, personal biographical statement. Your statement must be professional and should address questions such as
What makes you unique? How do you stand out from the crowd?
What is your educational background? What is your professional background?
How are you involved in your community?
Which experiences in life that helped shape you? Has overcoming personal challenges or hardships influenced you today?
How would you describe your soft skills (leadership, collaboration, communication, critical thinking, problem solving, work ethic, creativity, etc.)?
Final Drafts
You will include final revised, edited versions of your response essay, proposal document, and report document. Each final draft must integrate prior feedback and show effective improvement from the prior drafts submitted in Weeks 1 through 3. Your essay is expected to be the product of a complete and thorough writing process, including complete revision and editing.
